This year Aspen Yoga Society collaborated with the Aspen Ideas Fest for our Yoga In Action Day. We had over 250 yogis participate in the class led by Even Soroka, Aaron King and Rod Stryker. In addition to our YIA class we have been offering a daily class for the Ideas Fest to incorporate the Aspen Idea of Mind, Body and Spirit into the Festival.
